DPSC - Cloud Surfing

DPSC is Ringling's Digital Paint Sketch Club.  Today's prompt was cloud surfing, this was what I did in that hour.

this was one of my frustrated scribbles that actually came out well

Underwater City

so at Ringling, we had to evacuate for hurricane isaac, and this was basically what we were joking about what would happen.  in the end, it barely even rained and we just missed two days of school for no reason -.-
