History of Illustration Final

So for HOI I chose to draw two posters based on the styles of two artists that we learned about that did advertising.  And I decided on:

A D&G ad with the style of JC Leyendecker

And a Cirque du Soleis poster in the style of a Cheret piece.

Leyendecker Practice

I'm sure most people recognize this as one of J.C. Leyendecker's pieces, which I used as a bit of practice for my Photoshop skillz.

Pretty much as the title suggests, we had a still life to paint in class, and this is the result.  Man the mental block of the table not ACTUALLY being black due to the warm light was a pain.
